Standard Operating Procedures For RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), Restocking Fees, And Refund Execution Timelines.

Eligibility Criteria

To Maintain Operational Efficiency, Returns Are Strictly Governed By The Following Window. Requests Outside This Window Will Be Automatically Rejected By The System.

You Have 07 Calendar Days From The Date Of Physical Delivery Receipt (As Confirmed By Courier Tracking Logs) To Initiate A Return.

Condition

FACTORY NEW

Hardware Must Be Unused And In The Original Anti-Static Packaging. Broken Seals On Sensitive Components (e.g., ICs) Void Eligibility.

The RMA Process

1. Request Initiation

Contact support@lexoratech.com With Your Order ID And Photographic Evidence Of The Issue (If Damaged).

2. Authorization

If Approved, You Will Receive A Digital RMA Number. Write This Clearly On The Outside Of Your Return Package. Unlabeled Packages Are Rejected By Our Warehouse.

3. Inspection & Settlement

Upon Receipt, Our Engineering Team Inspects The Hardware For User-Induced Damage (e.g., Electrostatic Discharge, Soldering Burns).

Gift Cards & Vouchers
Custom PCBs Or 3D Prints
Components With Soldered Pins
Items Marked "Final Sale" / "Clearance"
Consumables (Solder Paste, Wire, Flux)

Refund Execution

Processing Time 7-14 Days Business Days Post-Inspection.

Method Payment Media The Refund Will Be Given To The Payment-Initiated Media Itself.

Shipping Costs Excluded Original Shipping Fees Are Non-Refundable.

Return Logistics

You Are Responsible For Paying The Shipping Costs For Returning Your Item Unless The Return Is Due To Our Error (e.g., Wrong SKU Shipped, Dead-On-Arrival).

Refund FAQ

If The Item Is A Microcontroller Or Sensitive Component (Like Raspberry Pi Or Arduino), We Cannot Accept Returns Once The Anti-Static Seal Is Broken Due To The Risk Of ESD Damage. Tools And Accessories May Be Returned If They Are In "Like New" Condition With All Original Packaging.

If The Return Is Due To A Change Of Mind, The Customer Covers The Return Shipping. If The Item Arrived Damaged Or Incorrect, LexoraTech Will Provide A Prepaid Shipping Label Or Reimburse The Cost.

Once Our Team Approves The RMA (Typically Within 48 Hours Of Receipt), The Refund Is Processed Immediately. However, Banks In Sri Lanka May Take 7-14 Business Days To Reflect The Credit In Your Statement.
